Funinator shall not be held liable or responsible for any misuse of its services or products, including but not limited to use during class time or other situations in which students are expected to be engaged in academic or instructional activities. Users are expressly advised that such use is discouraged and may be in violation of school rules or policies. While Funinator strongly recommends against utilizing the service under such circumstances, it does not and cannot impose direct restrictions on user conduct. Responsibility for appropriate use rests solely with the individual user.
